accepts cancellation requests within 24 hours of purchase only. Once production, processing, or shipping begins, all sales are final.

Preorders, limited releases, and made-to-order items cannot be canceled or refunded after confirmation.

Recurring purchase plans may be canceled anytime before the next billing date to avoid future charges.
